Ready to expand your impact…
but don’t know where to start?

You’re out to create some meaningful impact and lasting ripple effects in your team, your work, your company or even your industry. And, at the same time, you’re moving at what feels like warp speed; hopping from meeting to meeting (even online) in an attempt to keep up with the extraordinary demands for your time, insight and expertise.

You keep up by leaving little white space for the big work, the deep work; the work that’s going to bring that impact you’re yearning to create to life. Taking it one step and one day at a time, you can easily lose sight of the future – and what these steps you’re taking are even leading you towards.

You know there’s another way; a way to work that makes space for BOTH the functional work and the visionary, future-focused work. Unlocking that? That’s another story. You’ve tried everything you can think of and know how to do…and simply don’t know where to start.

Despite all your experience, your proven results and being self-aware, you start to doubt yourself and your ability to be the leader—and have the life—you really want.

Being bogged down by self-doubt
is holding you back.

You know how to get results. Well, you know one way; long hours, giving up time and space in your personal life to get more done…but at the same time not getting ahead in a meaningful way. Not seeing a pathway out of the overwhelm, you start to question yourself – despite all your experience, abilities and proven results.

You know you want more, yet see yourself stuck:

  • Not applying for new roles that would challenge you (AND that you’re absolutely qualified for and capable of succeeding in)

  • Avoiding (potentially) challenging conversations or choices
  • Withholding your opinion, insights or expertise in executive meetings
  • Sidestepping the opportunity to negotiate a raise or a salary

Leaving you even more disconnected from what you really want, and less and less clear about what matters to you, and how you can elevate the impact you long to have.

What if you could feel and see the clarity, courage and contribution you crave in your work every day?

And, what if—on top of that—you could feel like you’re taking steps towards the kind of life you want, too?

It’s possible to have the experiences you want at work AND at home.

How do you get there? By getting clear on what matters most to you – and taking manageable, meaningful steps in the direction of your goals and your gut.

The answers aren’t *always* in more strategic plans (…hear me out on this one).
The answers to *finally* owning your impact and creating the life and leadership you’re committed to start a couple layers deeper.

Ready to unlock a whole new level
of leading and living?

“I am so thankful to have participated in the Brave Leadership for Women program. The program has impacted me in so many positive ways and set me on a confident path to lead in many ways in the future. As a career driven Mother of two busy boys who is also supporting an aging parent, I have always felt that I did not have the time or energy to participate in a multi-week coaching program. I am so glad I enrolled in the program and took this time for myself – to rediscover who I am, my worth and my core values and how I positively impact and lead others in my life. I am more confident, driven and excited for whatever the future holds. Thank you Jen!”

“As a lifelong high achiever with a vociferous inner critic, the time I spent with Jen was transformative in terms of helping me to shift my thinking about my own value, what it is I want to achieve as a leader, how I want to support other women on their own journeys, and how I can be a better version of myself both professionally and personally.

The value in Jen’s program is truly in her ability to help you put into action the theory that we sometimes hear about, but either have no idea how to implement or are so busy hustling for worthiness that we can’t find the time to make our own selves a priority. I am so grateful for the impact that her program has had on my life, and I am so excited about continuing down this path I’ve started.”

Tara Gill
Partner, KPMG Canada

“This program was honestly so life-giving. Jen has such a genuine, authentic and warm way of cultivating safety and trust for the women involved. It really allowed us to be vulnerable and learn from each other in a judgement-free space. The program is so thoughtfully constructed and gives you concepts and tools to apply but also challenges you to learn, grow and think about things differently. I am so grateful to have been part of the power that comes from when women lift each other up and that is something Jen does so well. You can really feel meaningful change happen individually but also as a collective after taking part. It’s so powerful!”

Jenna Moore
People & Culture Leader, Daiya Foods

“The Brave Leadership for Women coach program has brought a level of self-reflection and awareness that I hadn’t had before. The topics Jen has chosen for each module creates a structure to guide our discussions while allowing the conversation to pivot and flow organically. What truly makes the program stand out is Jen.

During our first session, I immediately felt at ease thanks to her positive energy and enthusiasm to help me with my leadership journey. Jen asks stimulating questions with a genuine curiosity that has helped me take a deeper dive into knowing myself. She has built in a level of accountability that has produced tangible results in how I approach self-care and my own personal growth. The learnings from this program will be ones that I will carry with me throughout my career. Thank you, Jen!”

Questions?

I HAVE ANSWERS.

What if I can’t make every session?2021-06-02T18:34:11-07:00

That’s ok, you don’t have to. The recording from each session will be sent within 24 hours of the class.

What is the structure for each module?2021-06-02T18:01:33-07:00
  • For each module, we will come together for a 1.5-hour live call. The live coaching sessions will be very engaging and involved, seeking participation, reflection and breakout groups.
  • After each call, you’ll have some “homework” to practice the day’s learnings in your life/work. This homework doesn’t take significant additional time because it’s all about integrating a new way of doing something into your existing activities and daily routine.
I’m pretty time strapped. How much time should I anticipate investing in this course every month?2021-06-02T18:01:59-07:00

While you can ultimately dedicate as much additional time a month as you like to your personal practice around the Brave Leadership work, dedicated/required program time is about 3-5 hours a month. That’s 2×90-minute Workshops and one Community + Connect session a month.

What’s the investment?2023-08-21T12:48:13-07:00

A single payment of $2,500 CDN plus GST or 4 payments of $625 over four months plus GST.

Can I pay monthly?2021-06-02T18:03:34-07:00

Absolutely. The cost doesn’t change between monthly payments or one lump sum. You can choose how you’d like to pay—up front in full or in four equal monthly payments—when you complete your registration at check out.

The course is focused on leadership – and I’m not sure if I qualify. Am I a leader?2021-06-02T18:03:59-07:00

In short, yes. To me, leadership is about wanting to make a difference. I believe we are ALL leaders – and that being a leader isn’t dependent on having a title, a staff, or a few letters behind our names. In any and every moment, we are leading: in our lives, our teams, a discussion at work, a project, presenting a new thought…literally all the time. We’re really here to talk about and expand innate leadership, whether we see ourselves as ‘leaders’ or not.

And is there a homework requirement? How much time do I need to allocate to additional work between group calls and sessions?2021-06-02T18:04:23-07:00

I hear you – life’s BIG. While assignments will take about 30-45 minutes each and we do encourage you to spend some time on them between calls, they’re up to you to complete. You’ll get a great amount out of the course by attending the workshop sessions – and the assignments will take what you learn one level deeper. Without pressure, remember: what you put in is what you’ll get out – so if possible, see where making some extra space for the work could expand your outcomes…exponentially.

My employer may sponsor this. Do you have something I could give them?2022-04-13T09:48:50-07:00

Absolutely. You can download this helpful PDF here. I am also happy to jump on a short call with you to help position the program, if you need additional support.

Is this only for Directors and VP’s?2021-06-02T18:05:35-07:00

No way, friend. It’s intended to bring together a diverse array of people across a diverse array of roles and professional expressions. In the past four cohorts of Brave Leadership, we have had a broad range of participants: Managers, Directors, VP’s, Entrepreneurs and even those taking the leap between organizations and working for themselves. Just like we have an expansive definition of who or what a leader, or leadership is, we’re keen to have an expansive group with different ways work looks – which deepens the learning experience for us all!

Who else will be in the cohort?2021-06-02T18:06:06-07:00

Brilliant women (like you!) wanting to make an impact in their lives and leadership. Expect to engage with an array of individuals across a spectrum of current roles, lived experiences and future goals – yet all who are dedicated to making a difference in the communities they support and living a life filled with more alignment, more freedom, and more joy (among much, much more).

What tangible outcomes have women experienced who have taken this program?2021-06-02T18:06:47-07:00

I’ll start with this: it has been my greatest joy to see what past participants have experienced and created during and after their time in the program. Over 85% of participants reported an increase in confidence and finding their unique voice. 95% reported gaining clarity on their core values and how it impacted the way they led. We’ve had women receive promotions, raises, new opportunities and new businesses as a result of taking the program, and putting the skills they learn to work. Participants have walked away with an innate ability to keep their inner critic quiet so they can lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life, expanding more deeply into who they really are…and if that’s not an outcome to celebrate….I don’t know what is!

“As a goal-oriented achiever, my whole life I have been chasing goals. I have always felt I’m at my best when I have a clear goal, a vision for how I might achieve it, and the means to begin accomplishing it. I joined Jen’s coaching program because the world was changing around me and I was no longer confident I knew what my next goal was or how to get there. I wasn’t sure how I could grow my impact and lead effectively through Zoom calls. Like many women, I was also discovering that my family is healthier, happier and more harmonious when I’m not away from home 10 hours/day.

I came to Jen for help finding my new goals and direction but what I have discovered through her program has been so much more than I ever expected.

What Jen did was hold the space for me to do the work to transform my thinking, my understanding of myself, and ultimately, my vision for my future. She also introduced me to a group of female leaders who were working through similar challenges as an opportunity for us to learn from each other. The work I have done with Jen has increased my confidence and transformed my approach in the virtual office. I feel more grounded in who I am as a leader, what balance I need to be at my best, and what I want to accomplish. I can’t say enough about the value I have found in Jen’s coaching program both professionally and personally.”
