This leadership coaching workshop is for women who are leading remote teams and:

Workshops Structure

In this live leadership coaching experience, you’ll attend 3 X 90-minute interactive live workshops over 3 weeks with hot seat coaching, breakout groups and transformational teaching. Workshops will run from 8:00 am-9:30 am PST, June 3rd, 10th and 17th. Workshops will be recorded for participants who may not be able to attend live on the day.

Workshop #1

How your Core Values Impact the Way you Live + Lead
June 3rd at 8:00 am – 9:30 am PST

Participants will come away with:

  • Defined core values and an understanding of how they impact the way you lead
  • Core values gap analysis in life + leadership
  • A plan for how to presence your core values at work
  • Clarity on your goals and intentions and an understanding of the importance of both
  • A deep dive into realistic life + leadership goals for the year ahead
  • Identification of new habits to support your growth + integration of self-care
  • 90-day action plan on how you bring your goals to life

Workshop #2

Beyond Burnout: How to sustain yourself in the workplace + lead remotely
June 10th at 8:00 am – 9:30 am PST

Participants will come away with:

  • A unique remote time management schedule and structure optimised for remote environments
  • Strategies that introduce more flexibility in your workday by optimizing the way you and your remote team communicate
  • Tangible tools to reduce professional burnout for yourself and your team
  • A weekly toolkit to help you plan, structure and manage your responsibilities in an ever-changing fast-paced working environment
  • Insights on how to effectively harness emotions in the workplace

Workshop #3

The Self-Aware + Assured Leader
June 17th at 8:00 am – 9.30 am PST

Participants will come away with:

  • Tools to identify and quiet the voice of the inner critic so you can lead with greater impact
  • A blueprint that empowers you to coach your team to greater levels of responsibility and collaboration (preventing you from firefighting)
  • Toolkits for how to effectively manage and communicate expectations in remote team environments
  • Ideas for ways to build engagement among your remote teams
  • A game plan for how to run highly effective and meaningful meetings
  • Increased confidence in your ability to lead

About Your Workshop Facilitators

Jen Murtagh is an award-winning C-Suite executive with 20 years of experience leading organizations in both corporate and non-profit. Career highlights include Chief Strategy Officer of BC Women’s Health Foundation, CEO at Minerva BC and Executive Director at CKNW Kids Fund. She is a Business in Vancouver Forty under 40 recipient, connector and vibrant community champion.

Jen supports female leaders to live and lead bravely so that they can create meaningful impact, and design a life they love – without burning out in the process. Jen thrives on collaboration, co-creating a bigger picture with high performing women, consulting leaders and speaking on stage. Her soul work is helping women shatter their inner glass ceiling so they can transform the way they live and lead. She is a voracious reader, loud laugher and Mom (and stepmom) to four children.

Shauna Moran
